Eat By when?

All our products are cooked at home in the kitchen and baked fresh the day before you receive them

All our cakes have character. My kitchen is not a factory so shapes and sizes may vary

How long do they last?

Once received all products will last for five days if well wrapped in a cool place

Can they be freezed?

Yes, put them in the freezer the day you receive them and they will last for up to three months.

Baking rules?

• All Gluten & non Gluten ingredients are stored separately in closed containers to prevent cross contamination.
• We ensure very high hygiene & cleaning standards.
• If possible we cook Gluten free & non gluten free products on different days.
• The Coeliac UK website is used as a reference for safe ingredients and I keep in regular contact with this organisation with reference to any changes in gluten free status for any ingredients used.
• Colour coded utensils, ingredients bins and equipment are used specifically for gluten-free production.
• I do not currently use separate kitchen for gluten free production. There is a minimal risk of gluten particles in the atmosphere, which cannot be eliminated. There cannot, therefore be a categorical guarantee that there are no gluten particles present.
• All Pure Flavour’s gluten-free products are marked with the Coeliac Cross Licencing Stamp on the label.
