Our
Chef
Nicci, is already an accomplished chef who trained
with Albert Roux at Roux restaurants in London and then worked
in the UK as well as Thailand, Mauritius, Tanzania, the Island
of Reunion, East Africa & South Africa, she has now settled
down in Cranbrook, Kent.

General
cooking instructions
Cook from frozen, check food is piping hot. Please recycle
tray. Pierce film lid several times, place on suitable tray/plate.
Oven bake: Preheated oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4 for 35-45
mins.
Microwave: Heat on full power for 5-9 mins, carefully peel
back lid, stir halfway through and at the end. Stand for 2
mins.
Steam may be released when removing film lid. If product defrosts,
keep refrigerated and eat within 2 days.
Please check actual instructions on pack as some meals require
slightly different instructions.

All products are frozen and have a shelf life of 10-12 months
