With our delicious Pure
Flavour Ready Meals, we are keen
to live up to our name:
- We use the best free
from ingredients
- Our ingredients are home-grown
or sourced locally
where possible
- Minimal use of pesticides or chemicals
on our home grown produce

ensuring delicious simple flavours

too with no added sugar, no preservatives or colouring and
only using cold pressed plant oils

Our
Chef
Pure Flavour is pleased to introduce our new partners
Nicci
& Jules of Cranbrook in
Kent, where
their lovely small holding allows Julian
to grow it & Nicci to cook it!
Nicci is already an accomplished chef who
trained with Albert Roux at Roux Restaurants in London and
then worked in the UK, as well as Thailand, Mauritius, Tanzania,
the island of Reunion, East Africa & South Africa. She
has now settled down in Cranbrook in Kent.
Jules has a degree in Environmental Studies
and has been working their piece of land for the last 8 years.
He has also written numerous papers including ‘Sustainable
food production in the 21st Century’.

Our
ingredients
The majority of the ingredients come from their own land:
chemical-free vegetables,
lamb and fruit. Along with these,
Nicci cooks with local produce such as
Hastings fresh fish, local free-range turkey and,
of course, free-range eggs.
Organic?
Good quality, local and home grown produce from recognised
certified organic bodies within the UK gives us control of
the ingredients that go into our ready meals.
General
cooking instructions
Microwave: take out of outer box & outer plastic. Lift
lid & just leave on top loose.
Pop into microwave for 5 mins, allow to rest for one minute.
Please check that food is piping hot all the way through.
Cooker: External paper box is for the oven, remove plastic
outer & carefully pass into the cardboard packaging. Place
into preheated oven on 190C for 25mins.
Best before
information
All products are vacuum packed, with a 12 day shelf life.
Freezing
instructions
Can be frozen, as long as within 12 day shelf life. Once frozen
will last 3 months. Please ensure fully defrosted before cooking.
