I just wanted to let you know that we received our parcel of goodies last week and they were fantastic - what a treat! My daughter can't have gluten (coelliacs disease) and my dad who was visiting for the weekend can't eat dairy or wheat so they were both in their element. We were all impressed at how delicious they were and no hint of a typical gluten-free flavour! I hope your business does well - it certainly deserves to! My sister bought me some of your cakes for my birthday. Just wanted to say they are really nice, especially the sponge cake & the fairy cakes. The current cake is really delicious. Will certainly have some more soon. About time people did some nice cakes for gluten free people. Wendy
Your package arrived at 9am on Saturday, so we were able to have some brownies for elevenses! Both these and the Victoria Celebration Cake were delicious. My mother, who has the dairy intolerance, was amazed that you can create such delicious food without many of the conventional ingredients.
